Our aim is to travel from Fort Mcmurray, Alberta to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates to participate in a student driven conference called EWB. We want to take this adventure for many purposes:
1- To share with students from around the world the Keyano Virtual Gallery Project we are working on.
2- To learn from the students from around the world new techniques, tips and tricks of using technology with learning.
3- To visit a new country and interact with new cultures.
4- To represent Keyano College and Fort Mcmurray in an international event.
We are trying to raise CA $15,000 to make this trip come true. We, as students, are determined to raise the money as part of the experience. If you think you can contribute, contact our financial coordinator: lindsay olson.
